WHAT WE ARE: A private, not for profit, Oklahoma corporation which has a 501( c )( 3 ) certification of tax exempt status and with a service area that includes Tulsa, Osage, Creek, Okmulgee and Muskogee counties.

OUR MISSION: To strengthen neighborhoods and create job opportunities through the development, ownership or operation of affordable housing for low and moderate income families and individuals.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE: Purchase and renovation of existing housing, construction of new affordable housing; homebuyer education; downpayment and closing cost assistance; construction work experience and neighborhood organizing.
